How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Shang-Chi and the Ten Rings triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
3. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 0 and removing a counter from a creature you control.
4. Repeat.

This crafty engine uses Falco Spara, Pactweaver to bend the rules of the library, letting you repeatedly cast spells from the top by trading away your creatures' counters. At the center of this trick is Sensei's Divining Top, which continuously cycles between the top of your library and your hand while triggering Shang-Chi and the Ten Rings to pile up +1/+1 counters every time you draw. Meanwhile, Voyager Quickwelder chips in by making those artifact casts entirely free, turning the Top's repetitive loop into a perpetual motion machine that generates infinite card draw and storm count.
