How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Lorescale Coatl triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
3. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 0 and removing a counter from a creature you control.
4. Repeat.

This clever loop transforms Sensei's Divining Top into a self-casting engine by leaning on Falco Spara, Pactweaver to bypass its mana cost, substituting the removal of a counter from a creature instead. Temur Battlecrier ensures that the Top's mana cost is completely discounted to zero as long as you control a creature with power 4 or greater, which is easily facilitated by Lorescale Coatl growing larger each time you draw. Every cycle taps the Top to draw itself and trigger Lorescale Coatl, before you recast it right off the top of your library to repeat the process for limitless card draw and storm count.
