How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Baxter triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
3. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 0 and removing a counter from a creature you control.
4. Repeat.

This clever loop turns the top of your library into an endless engine by leveraging Falco Spara, Pactweaver's ability to cast spells from the library using creature counters as an alternate cost. You tap Sensei's Divining Top to draw a card and place it right back on top of your library, which conveniently triggers Baxter, Fly in the Ointment to stack a fresh +1/+1 counter onto itself. Because Temur Battlecrier reduces the artifact's cost to zero thanks to Baxter's growing power, you can immediately recast Sensei's Divining Top by removing that newly placed counter to satisfy Falco Spara, Pactweaver's requirement. Repeat this dance endlessly to cycle through your entire deck, spinning up limitless artifact triggers and storm count along the way!
