How it works
- Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
- The Astonishing Ant-Man triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
- Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 0 and removing a counter from a creature you control.
- Repeat.
This ingenious loop turns a simple artifact into a self-sustaining engine by letting you repeatedly draw and recast Sensei's Divining Top. Falco Spara, Pactweaver is the linchpin of this process, granting you permission to cast the Top directly from the top of your library and paying its mana cost of zero while stripping away a counter from a creature you control in the process. Meanwhile, The Astonishing Ant-Man watches every draw happen, accumulating a growing pile of +1/+1 counters that can later be cashed in to flood the board with Insect tokens. Though Temur Battlecrier's cost-reduction ability isn't even strictly necessary to keep the core loop spinning, the entire sequence effortlessly generates near-infinite artifact enters-and-leaves-the-battlefield triggers, boundless storm count, and endless card draw.
