How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Clinquant Skymage triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
3. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 0 and removing a counter from a creature you control.
4. Repeat.

This ingenious loop lets you draw and recast Sensei's Divining Top endlessly by turning your creatures' counters into fuel. While tapping the Top draws you a card, Clinquant Skymage dutifully catches those draw triggers to grow with a +1/+1 counter each time. Falco Spara, Pactweaver then steps in to let you cast Sensei's Divining Top right off the top of your library for free, simply by stripping away one of those newly minted counters—including its own starting shield counter. Though Ballad of the Black Flag sits on the sidelines during this specific dance, the constant recycling of the Top generates near-infinite artifact entries, exits, and storm count for your victory.
