How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Lorescale Coatl triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
3. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 0 and removing a counter from a creature you control.
4. Repeat.

This ingenious loop turns a simple artifact into a self-sustaining draw engine by exploiting Falco Spara, Pactweaver's ability to cast spells from the top of your library using any creature's counters. You tap Sensei's Divining Top to draw a card and place it right back on top of your library, which in turn triggers Lorescale Coatl to grow larger with a fresh +1/+1 counter. Because Sami, Wildcat Captain grants your spells affinity for artifacts, casting Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library costs nothing, allowing you to feed the newly placed counter back into Falco Spara, Pactweaver's alternative casting cost and repeat the process indefinitely.
