How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Cast Sensei's Diving Top from the top of your library by paying 0 and removing a counter from a creature you control.
3. When Sensei's Divining Top enters the battlefield, Surge Conductor triggers, putting a counter on a creature you control that already has a counter on it.
4. Repeat.

This ingenious engine transforms Sensei's Divining Top into a self-sustaining draw machine by leveraging Falco Spara, Pactweaver to cast it directly from the top of your library for the cost of removing a counter. Sami, Wildcat Captain makes this possible by reducing the artifact's mana cost down to zero through affinity, while Surge Conductor steps in each time the Top re-enters to proliferate those spent counters right back onto your board. The result is an endless loop of drawing and recasting that generates infinite card draw and near-infinite storm count.
