How it works
- Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
- Cast Sensei's Diving Top from the top of your library by paying 0 and removing a charge counter from Uthros Research Craft.
- Uthros Research Craft triggers, putting a charge counter on it and causing you to draw a card.
- Repeat.
This elegant loop turns Sensei's Divining Top into a self-sustaining engine by letting you repeatedly draw it and cast it right back from the library. Falco Spara, Pactweaver is the linchpin that enables this, allowing you to cast the Top from the top of your library using Uthros Research Craft's accumulated charge counters as an alternative cost instead of mana. Meanwhile, Uthros Research Craft rewards your artifact spell casts by drawing you a card and replacing the very counter you just spent to keep the chain going.
