How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Cast Sensei's Diving Top from the top of your library by paying 0 and removing a counter from a creature you control.
3. When Sensei's Divining Top enters the battlefield, Surge Conductor triggers, putting a counter on a creature you control that already has a counter on it.
4. Repeat.

This clever engine turns Sensei's Divining Top into a self-sustaining loop by leveraging Falco Spara, Pactweaver's ability to cast spells from the top of your library using creature counters as an alternative cost. Every time you cast Sensei's Divining Top, Surge Conductor steps in with its passive proliferation trigger, instantly replenishing the very counter you just removed to keep the chain going. Meanwhile, Gran-Gran sits on the board to help filter your draws or pitch extra cards into the graveyard while you churn through your deck for infinite card draw and a near-infinite storm count.
