How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Cast Sensei's Diving Top from the top of your library by paying 0 and removing a counter from a creature you control.
3. When Sensei's Divining Top enters the battlefield, Surge Conductor triggers, putting a counter on a creature you control that already has a counter on it.
4. Repeat.

This engine turns the top of your library into an endless loop by combining Sensei's Divining Top with the alternate casting permissions granted by Falco Spara, Pactweaver. By tapping the Top to draw a card and place it back on your library, you can immediately recast it from the top by removing a counter from a creature you control instead of paying its mana cost. Each time Sensei's Divining Top enters the battlefield, Surge Conductor triggers to proliferate, replenishing the counters on your creatures so you never run out of fuel. Meanwhile, Armor Wars sits in the background, though its primary contribution to this specific loop is simply being another artifact on the board while the Top, Falco Spara, Pactweaver, and Surge Conductor cycle endlessly to generate infinite card draw and a massive storm count.
