How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Lyla triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
3. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 0 and removing a counter from a creature you control.
4. Longshot triggers, dealing 2 damage to each opponent.
5. Repeat.

This brilliant loop relies on Falco Spara, Pactweaver to let you cast Sensei's Divining Top directly off the top of your library for free by trading away a counter instead of paying its mana cost. While Longshot, Rebel Bowman acts as the win condition by pinging your opponents for two damage every time you cast that noncreature spell, Lyla, Holographic Assistant cleverly replaces the counter you just spent by handing out a +1/+1 counter every time you draw. Because tapping Sensei's Divining Top draws you that card and puts itself right back where Falco can see it, you get a self-sustaining cycle of endless artifact casts, card draws, and damage.
