How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Baxter triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
3. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 0 and removing a counter from a creature you control.
4. Longshot triggers, dealing 2 damage to each opponent.
5. Repeat.

This ingenious loop turns Sensei's Divining Top into a lethal, card-drawing engine by leveraging Falco Spara, Pactweaver's ability to cast spells straight off the top of your library for the low price of removing a counter from a creature you control. Baxter, Fly in the Ointment happily chips in by accumulating a fresh +1/+1 counter every time you draw the Top, ensuring you always have a plentiful supply of counters to feed Falco Spara's alternate casting cost. Meanwhile, Longshot, Rebel Bowman sits on the battlefield reducing the Top's casting cost to a mere zero mana while turning every iteration of the loop into a stream of guaranteed damage that burns down your opponents.
