How it works

1. Declare Cheering Fanatic as an attacker.
2. When Cheering Fanatic attacks, it triggers, allowing you to name Seething Song and reduce the cost of spells with that name by 1 this turn.
3. Cast a copy of Seething Song from exile by paying no more than 1, adding .
4. Activate Emiel the Blessed by paying 3, blinking Blazing Firesinger, which enters prepared.
5. Repeat from step 3.

This fascinating loop relies on Cheering Fanatic to discount Seething Song, making its copied cast cheaper than the mana it produces. You then leverage Emiel the Blessed to repeatedly blink Blazing Firesinger, resetting its prepared state so you can cast another copy of Seething Song from exile.
