How it works

1. Declare Cheering Fanatic as an attacker. When it triggers, choose to name "Sensei's Divining Top".
2. Cast Sensei's Divining Top by paying 0 due to Cheering Fanatic.
3. When Sensei's Divining Top enters, Fateful Discovery triggers.
4. Holding priority, activate Sensei's Divining Top by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
5. Resolve the Fateful Discovery trigger, causing you to draw Sensei's Divining Top from your library.
6. Repeat from step 2

This clever loop turns a modest goblin into an unstoppable engine by leveraging cost reduction and clever stack manipulation. With Cheering Fanatic already lowering the casting cost of Sensei's Divining Top to zero, every iteration of the loop lets you cast the artifact for free. As soon as Sensei's Divining Top enters the battlefield, it triggers Fateful Discovery to net you a card; by responding with the top's own tapping ability to draw a card and put itself back on top of your library, you ensure that Fateful Discovery's resolution hands the top right back to your hand. Repeating this process lets you churn through your entire deck, generating limitless card draw and a towering storm count.
