How it works

  1. Activate Helga by tapping it, adding at least U manaU manaU manaU mana that can only be spent to cast creature spells with mana value 4 or greater or creature spells with X in their mana cost.
  2. Activate up to seven lands by tapping them, adding at least 2U manaU mana, plus up to an additional 3 if needed.
  3. Cast Palinchron by paying 5U manaU mana.
  4. Helga triggers, causing you to draw a card, gain 1 life and put a +1/+1 counter on Helga.
  5. When Palinchron enters the battlefield, it triggers, untapping up to seven lands.
  6. Activate Palinchron by paying 2U manaU mana, returning it from the battlefield to your hand.
  7. Activate Mind Over Matter by discarding a card, untapping Helga.
  8. Repeat.
