How it works

1. Activate Phantom Train by sacrificing Crookshank Kobolds.
2. Cast Crookshank Kobolds from your graveyard by paying 0. It will not enter with a finality counter on it due to Solemnity.
3. Repeat.

This delightfully strange little loop lets you feed Phantom Train an endless feast of canine warriors using Solemnity to completely bypass Leonardo, Sewer Samurai's finality counter drawback. Normally, Leonardo, Sewer Samurai would exile any creature cast from your graveyard the moment it dies, but Solemnity's preventive clause ensures that the recurring Crookshank Kobolds never actually receive those pesky counters. This allows you to continuously sacrifice the zero-mana Crookshank Kobolds to Phantom Train, fueling an infinite engine of death triggers and infinitely growing your trusty Phantom Train into an unstoppable locomotive.
