How it works

1. Activate Thermopod by sacrificing Crookshank Kobolds
2. When Crookshank Kobolds dies, Mortuary triggers, putting Crookshank Kobolds from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
3. Cast Crookshank Kobolds from the top of your library by paying 0 life.
4. Repeat.

This loop spins into motion thanks to Thermopod, which provides the red mana engine while letting you sacrifice creatures at will. By feeding Crookshank Kobolds to the Thermopod, you trigger Mortuary to gently place the Kobolds right back on top of your library instead of letting them rest. This is where Gwenom, Remorseless earns its keep, turning your topdeck into a free casting zone so you can replay the Kobolds for zero mana by paying life instead of mana. Because the Kobolds cost nothing, you can repeat this cascade infinitely, generating a boundless supply of red mana, sacrifice triggers, and storm count.
