How it works

1. Activate Sarkhan first loyalty ability by putting one loyalty counters on it, Sarkhan becomes a Legendary 4/4 red Dragon creature with flying, indestructible, and haste until end of turn.
2. Activate Aerie Ouphes by sacrificing itself.
3. Aerie Ouphes' persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield.
4. Resolve the Aerie Ouphes ability, dealing damage equal to its power to Sarkhan.
5. Repeat.
