How it works
Cast Acrobatic Maneuver by paying its mana cost, blinking Abdel Adrian.
Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, returning Ardent Elementalist and all other cards that were exiled with it to the battlefield.
Abdel Adrian and Ardent Elementalist trigger.
Resolve the Ardent Elementalist trigger, returning Acrobatic Maneuver from your graveyard to your hand.
Holding priority, activate any number of nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least enough mana to cast Acrobatic Maneuver.
Resolve the Abdel Adrian trigger, exiling Ardent Elementalist and the mana-producing permanents until Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, and creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token for each permanent exiled this way.
Repeat.
This elegant loop is anchored by Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward, who dutifully swallows up your other permanents and populates the board with Soldier tokens every time he touches the battlefield. By casting Acrobatic Maneuver, you exile and immediately return Abdel Adrian to trigger the whole cycle anew, while the spell's built-in cantrip effect lets you draw through your entire deck. Meanwhile, Ardent Elementalist pulls Acrobatic Maneuver right back out of your graveyard upon entry, ensuring you never run out of ammunition to keep the flicker engine running.
