How it works

1. Activate Necropotence by paying 1 life, exiling the top card of your library face down.
2. Repeat step 1 as desired / able.
3. At the beginning of your end step, Necropotence triggers, putting the exiled cards into your hand.
4. Move to your cleanup step, discarding down to your maximum hand size.
5. Cool but Rude's second ability triggers for each card discarded, dealing 2 damage to each opponent for each card discarded.

This cunning setup turns your cleanup step into a lethal finisher by weaponizing the massive hand size you accumulated using **Necropotence**. Because **Necropotence** allows you to pay life to exile cards and later flood your hand during your end step, you will inevitably have to discard excess cards down to your maximum hand size during the cleanup step. That mandatory discard feeds directly into **Cool but Rude** once it has reached level 2, triggering its ability to repeatedly blast each opponent for 2 damage per discarded card.
