How it works

1. Cast Day of the Dragons by paying 7 life due to Demon of Fate's Design.
2. When Day of the Dragons enters the battlefield, its first ability and Cloudstone Curio trigger.
3. Resolve the Cloudstone Curio trigger, returning nothing to your hand from the battlefield.
4. Resolve the Day of the Dragons trigger, exiling all creatures you control and creating that many 5/5 Dragon creature tokens.
5. When the Dragon(s) enter the battlefield, Cloudstone Curio triggers that many times.
6. Resolve all but one Cloudstone Curio trigger, returning nothing to your hand from the battlefield.
7. Resolve the final Cloudstone Curio trigger, returning Day of the Dragons to your hand from the battlefield.
8. When Day of the Dragons leaves the battlefield, its second ability triggers, causing you to sacrifice all Dragons you control and return all cards exiled with Day of the Dragons to the battlefield.
9. When the creatures that were exiled by Day of the Dragons enter the battlefield, Cloudstone Curio and Soul Warden trigger that many times.
10. Resolve all Soul Warden triggers, causing you to gain life equal to the number of creatures that entered the battlefield.
11. Resolve all Cloudstone Curio triggers, returning nothing to your hand from the battlefield.
12. Repeat.
13. If you control eight or more nontoken creatures, this combo nets infinite life.

By turning every permanent on the battlefield into an enchantment through Enchanted Evening, you completely rewrite the rules of your board state and set the stage for an explosive loop. You bypass the normal mana cost of Day of the Dragons by paying life instead, thanks to Demon of Fate's Design, allowing you to cycle the enchantment back to your hand using Cloudstone Curio when your massive wave of Dragon tokens enters. As Day of the Dragons leaves the battlefield, it triggers its sacrifice-and-return clause to bring your original creatures back, while Soul Warden cushions your life total against the initial life-payment cost and scales into infinite lifegain if you control eight or more nontoken creatures.
