How it works

1. Activate Aetherflux Reservoir by paying 50 life, dealing 50 damage to yourself.
2. Darien triggers, creating fifty 1/1 Soldier creature tokens.
3. When the Soldiers enter the battlefield, Soul Warden triggers 100 times, causing you to gain 100 life.
4. Repeat.

By pointing Aetherflux Reservoir's activation at yourself, you take the 50 damage needed to trigger Darien, King of Kjeldor, which floods your board with fifty 1/1 Soldier tokens. Because Platinum Angel shields you from losing, you can safely redirect this self-inflicted damage while Soul Warden and Yarok, the Desecrated work in tandem to turn that token influx into a massive net gain of 100 life. This puts you comfortably ahead on life and sets you up to immediately cycle Aetherflux Reservoir's payoff again for an infinite loop of tokens, entry triggers, and lifegain.
