How it works

1. Gain any amount of life.
2. Trudge Garden triggers, causing you to pay 2 to create a 4/4 Fungus Beast creature token.
3. When the Fungus Beast enters the battlefield, Mana Echoes and Soul Warden trigger.
4. Resolve the Mana Echoes trigger, adding C for each Fungus and/or Beast you control.
5. Resolve the Soul Warden trigger, causing you to gain 1 life.
6. Repeat from step 2.

This elegant loop is fueled by Soul Warden, which turns every new body into a life-gaining event to satisfy Trudge Garden's life-trigger condition. Once you pay the initial two mana to get the engine rolling, each created Fungus Beast token enters the battlefield to trigger Mana Echoes, which scales its colorless mana production off your growing horde of shared-type creatures. That windfall of mana easily pays for Trudge Garden's recurring cost while Soul Warden concurrently feeds you more life, creating a self-sustaining loop that floods the board with infinite trampling beatsticks.
