How it works

2. Rings of Brighthearth triggers, causing you to pay 2 to copy Magistrate's Scepter's ability.
3. Resolve both Magistrate's Scepter's abilities, causing you to take two extra turns after this one.
4. Move to your next turn.
5. Activate Magistrate's Scepter's first ability by paying 4 and tapping it.
6. Rings of Brighthearth triggers, causing you to pay 2 to copy Magistrate's Scepter's ability.
7. Resolve both Magistrate's Scepter's abilities, putting four charge counters on it.
8. Move to your next turn.
