How it works

1. Cast Time Walk by paying its mana cost, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
2. Cast Timeless Witness by paying its mana cost.
3. When Timeless Witness enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Time Walk from your graveyard to your hand.
4. Move to your next turn.
5. Activate Dour Port-Mage by paying 1 and tapping it, returning Timeless Witness from the battlefield to your hand.
6. Dour Port-Mage triggers, causing you to draw a card.
7. Repeat.

This Vintage-legal loop hinges on endlessly recurring and casting an extra turn spell to completely lock your opponent out of the game. You achieve this by dropping Timeless Witness to bring Time Walk right back from your graveyard to your hand every time it enters the battlefield. To reset the loop, Dour Port-Mage steps in with its activated ability, using its tap effect to bounce Timeless Witness safely back to your hand so it can be replayed on your next turn. As a wonderful bonus, Dour Port-Mage's passive triggered ability also rewards your bouncing habits by letting you draw a card every single time Timeless Witness leaves the battlefield without dying, turning your infinite turn engine into an unstoppable card-draw machine.
