How it works

1. Cast Time Walk by paying its mana cost, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
2. Cast Donnie & April by paying its mana cost.
3. When Donnie & April enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Time Walk from your graveyard to your hand.
4. Move to your next turn.
5. Activate Dour Port-Mage by paying 1 and tapping it, returning Donnie & April from the battlefield to your hand.
6. Dour Port-Mage triggers, causing you to draw a card.
7. Repeat.

This Vintage loop puts an unyielding lock on the game by chaining infinite turns, fueled by the recursive brilliance of Donnie & April, Adorkable Duo and Time Walk. Once Donnie & April are on the battlefield, their enter-the-battlefield trigger loops Time Walk right back out of your graveyard and into your hand to be cast again. To keep the engine running, Dour Port-Mage uses its activated ability to bounce Donnie & April safely back to your hand, which conveniently triggers Dour Port-Mage's passive ability to draw you a card every time a creature leaves the battlefield without dying.
