How it works
- Activate Coveted Jewel by tapping it, adding .
- Cast Ghostly Flicker by paying , targeting Coveted Jewel and Archaeomancer, blinking them.
- When Archaeomancer enters the battlefield, return Ghostly Flicker to you hand.
- When Coveted Jewel enters the battlefield, draw three cards.
- Repeat.
By reducing the cost of instant and sorcery spells with Arcane Melee, we can cast Ghostly Flicker for just a single blue mana. When Ghostly Flicker resolves, it blinks both Archaeomancer and Coveted Jewel. The entering Archaeomancer immediately fishes the Ghostly Flicker right back out of your graveyard, while the newly arrived Coveted Jewel taps for three mana—more than enough to fund the entire loop while continually drawing through your entire deck.
