How it works

1. Activate Paradise Plume by tapping it, adding .
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker by paying , targeting Paradise Plume and Shipwreck Dowser, blinking them as well as triggering Paradise Plume to gain you 1 life.
3. When Shipwreck Dowser enters the battlefield, return Ghostly Flicker to you hand.
4. When Paradise Plume enters the battlefield, choose "blue".
5. Repeat.

This crafty loop turns a simple blink into an engine of endless value, supercharged by the cost reduction of Arcane Melee. You cast Ghostly Flicker to exile and reset both Paradise Plume and Shipwreck Dowser, netting mana from the Plume to help fund the spell while its passive ability gains you life whenever blue spells are cast. As Shipwreck Dowser re-enters the battlefield, its triggered ability reaches into your graveyard to hand you back Ghostly Flicker, ready to be cast all over again for a discounted price.
