How it works

1. Activate a mana-producing permanent by tapping it, adding at least .
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker by paying , blinking the mana-producing permanent and Eternal Witness.
3. When Eternal Witness enters, it triggers, returning Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard to your hand.
4. Repeat.

This elegant loop relies on reducing costs with Arcane Melee so that Ghostly Flicker can be cast for just a single blue mana, which is easily fueled by any land or artifact you control that taps for at least {U}. When Ghostly Flicker blinks Eternal Witness alongside your chosen mana source, Eternal Witness immediately triggers to return Ghostly Flicker right back to your hand from the graveyard. Because Ghostly Flicker targets both permanents simultaneously, you can repeat this cycle endlessly to generate an infinite storm count, endless creature entrance triggers, and infinite landfall or magecraft bonuses.
