How it works

1. Activate Krark-Clan Ironworks by sacrificing Shield Sphere.
2. Cast Shield Sphere from your graveyard by paying 0. It will not enter with a finality counter on it due to Solemnity.
3. Repeat.

This clever setup turns a humble Shield Sphere into an endless engine for colorless mana and storm count, fueled entirely by the clever synergy between the graveyard and the battlefield. Because Solemnity acts as a crucial passive anchor, it completely shuts down Shield Sphere's self-weakening defense *and* nullifies the finality counter that Leonardo, Sewer Samurai would normally impose on creatures cast from the graveyard. With those restrictions erased, Leonardo, Sewer Samurai simply lets you recast the zero-cost Shield Sphere over and over again, allowing Krark-Clan Ironworks to continuously sacrifice it for a tidy profit of colorless mana.
