How it works

1. Activate Mishra's Factory's second ability by paying 0 due to Blossoming Tortoise, causing Mishra's Factory to become a 2/2 Assembly-Worker artifact creature until end of turn.
2. Cast Draconic Destiny by paying 1, attaching it to Mishra's Factory.
3. Activate Mishra's Factory by paying 0 due to Blossoming Tortoise, giving it +1/+0 until end of turn.
4. Repeat step 3.

This clever loop transforms Mishra's Factory into a lethal dragon by combining continuous stat boosts with a cost-reduction engine. With Blossoming Tortoise on the board, its static ability discounts the activation costs of your lands by {1}, reducing Mishra's Factory's animation and pumping abilities to a free {0} mana. Once you enchant Mishra's Factory with Draconic Destiny, it gains flying, haste, and a built-in pump ability that is also reduced to free by the Tortoise, allowing you to pump the creature infinitely many times for an overwhelming strike.
