How it works

1. Activate Viscera Seer by sacrificing Iridescent Drake.
2. When Iridescent Drake dies, Shade's Form triggers, returning Iridescent Drake from your graveyard to the battlefield.
3. When Iridescent Drake enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Shade's Form from your graveyard to the battlefield attached to Iridescent Drake.
4. Resolve the Viscera Seer ability from step 1, causing you to scry 1.
5. Repeat.

This elegant recursion loop hinges on a self-sustaining cycle between the graveyard and the battlefield, starting when you sacrifice Iridescent Drake to Viscera Seer. The moment the Drake dies, Shade's Form steps in with its triggered ability to resurrect the creature, while simultaneously setting up the next piece of the puzzle. When Iridescent Drake reenters the battlefield, its own enters-the-battlefield ability immediately targets and returns Shade's Form right back to itself, locking the entire loop in place and letting you filter through your entire library with infinite scry triggers.
