How it works

1. Deal combat damage to an opponent using Withengar Unbound, causing them to get at least ten poison counters.
2. The opponent loses the game as a state-based action due to having ten or more poison counters.
3. Withengar Unbound triggers, putting thirteen +1/+1 counters on it.
4. Activate Withengar Unbound using Walking Ballista's second ability by removing a +1/+1 counter from it, giving an opponent a poison counter.
5. Repeat step 4 until the opponent loses the game as a state-based action due to having ten or more poison counters.
6. Repeat from step 3.

This vicious loop transforms Elbrus, the Binding Blade into the colossal Withengar Unbound and feeds its massive growth into an infinite-damage engine. By enchanting Withengar Unbound with Phyresis, its combat damage immediately dispatches an opponent with ten poison counters, triggering its ability to pile on thirteen +1/+1 counters. Agatha's Soul Cauldron bridges the gap by granting Walking Ballista's activated ability to Withengar Unbound, allowing you to spend those newly acquired counters to ping opponents directly. As each player succumbs to the poison, Withengar Unbound triggers over and over again, generating a continuous fuel supply of +1/+1 counters to loop Walking Ballista's ability until every opponent is eliminated.
