How it works

1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Squee, adding .
2. When Squee dies, Pawn of Ulamog triggers, creating a creature token.
3. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the creature token, adding .
4. Cast Squee from your graveyard by paying due to Green Goblin.
5. Repeat.

This cunning loop transforms the brilliant yet unstable minds of Norman Osborn into Green Goblin, whose Goblin Formula fundamentally alters the graveyard by giving every nonland card mayhem equal to its mana cost—effectively reducing Squee, the Immortal's casting cost by two to make it just {R}{R}.
