With Green Goblin on the battlefield, Squee, the Immortal becomes infinitely castable directly from your graveyard for just two red mana, since Squee's own native recursion is neatly bypassed by the Goblin Formula ability. To sustain this, Phyrexian Altar lets you sacrifice Squee for mana, which simultaneously triggers Pitiless Plunderer to generate a precious Treasure token that bridges the remaining mana cost.
