How it works

1. Activate Viridian Joiner by tapping it, adding at least .
2. Activate Sword of the Paruns by paying 3, untapping Viridian Joiner
3. Repeat.

This classic pairing transforms Viridian Joiner into a self-sustaining mana engine by taking advantage of its power-scaling tap ability. Once the Joiner's power is boosted enough to generate more than the 3 mana required to untap it, Sword of the Paruns provides the exact mechanical loop needed to untap it over and over again. As you cycle through this activation sequence, the Sword's passive stat buffs even scale dynamically to reward your board state depending on whether your creatures are tapped or untapped mid-combo.
