How it works

1. Cast The Master either from your hand or from the command zone by paying plus command tax, if applicable, choosing to have it enter the battlefield as a copy of Ruthless Technomancer.
2. When The Master enters the battlefield, it triggers, causing you to sacrifice Clone and create at least two Treasure tokens.
3. Activate a Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding .
4. Activate The Master by paying and sacrificing a Treasure, returning Clone from your graveyard to the battlefield as a copy of The Master, which causes the Clone to be a copy of Ruthless Technomancer.
5. When Clone enters the battlefield, it triggers, causing you to sacrifice The Master and create two Treasure tokens.
6. Activate a Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding .
7. Activate Clone by paying and sacrificing a Treasure, returning The Master from your graveyard to the battlefield as a copy of Ruthless Technomancer.
8. Repeat from step 2.

This ingenious loop uses The Master, Formed Anew to start the chain by entering as a copy of Ruthless Technomancer, generating Treasures by sacrificing a creature. When you then use the Technomancer's ability to pull Clone from the graveyard, Training Grounds steps in to make that resurrection affordable by reducing its activation cost down to just one mana. Clone enters as a fresh copy of The Master—which in turn copies Ruthless Technomancer—allowing you to sacrifice the original and ping-pong your commanders back and forth indefinitely.
