How it works

1. Activate Luxurious Locomotive's crew ability by tapping five creatures you control with total power 1 or greater, causing Luxurious Locomotive to become an artifact creature until end of turn.
2. Declare Luxurious Locomotive and Fear of Missing Out as attackers, triggering their abilities.
3. Resolve the Luxurious Locomotive trigger, creating at least five Treasure tokens.
4. Resolve the Fear of Missing Out trigger, untapping Luxurious Locomotive and causing you to get an additional combat phase after this one.
5. Holding priority, activate Phantom Train by sacrificing Fear of Missing Out.
6. Activate three Treasures by tapping and sacrificing them, adding 2.
7. Activate Ruthless Technomancer by paying 2 and sacrificing two Treasures, returning Fear of Missing Out from your graveyard to the battlefield.
8. When Fear of Missing Out enters the battlefield, it triggers, causing you to rummage.
9. Repeat from step 2 each combat phase.

This intricate loop centers around generating massive value through multiple combat phases and artifact sacrifice synergies. By utilizing Fear of Missing Out to grant additional combat phases and untap your creatures, you repeatedly send Luxurious Locomotive into battle to generate a flood of Treasure tokens based on the creatures that crewed it. Meanwhile, Phantom Train provides a convenient outlet to sacrifice Fear of Missing Out and grow larger with +1/+1 counters, setting up Ruthless Technomancer to resurrect Fear of Missing Out back to the battlefield using those very same Treasures. Each time Fear of Missing Out re-enters, its entry trigger lets you continuously cycle through cards via rummaging while feeding an endless engine of combat, mana, and deaths.
