How it works

1. Activate Luxurious Locomotive's crew ability by tapping five creatures you control with total power 1 or greater, causing Luxurious Locomotive to become an artifact creature until end of turn.
2. Declare Luxurious Locomotive and Fear of Missing Out as attackers, triggering their abilities.
3. Resolve the Luxurious Locomotive trigger, creating at least five Treasure tokens.
4. Resolve the Fear of Missing Out trigger, untapping Luxurious Locomotive and causing you to get an additional combat phase after this one.
5. Holding priority, activate Umbral Collar Zealot by sacrificing Fear of Missing Out.
6. Activate three Treasures by tapping and sacrificing them, adding 2.
7. Activate Ruthless Technomancer by paying 2 and sacrificing two Treasures, returning Fear of Missing Out from your graveyard to the battlefield.
8. When Fear of Missing Out enters the battlefield, it triggers, causing you to rummage.
9. Repeat from step 2 each combat phase.

This loop turns combat into an infinite engine by leveraging Fear of Missing Out to repeatedly grant extra combat phases while untapping your attackers. As Luxurious Locomotive charges into battle, it generates a wealth of Treasure tokens based on the creatures that crewed it, fueling the mana and sacrifice costs required to keep the cycle going. When Fear of Missing Out falls to Umbral Collar Zealot's sacrifice ability, Ruthless Technomancer steps in to resurrect it straight from the graveyard using those very Treasures. The result is a cascading chain of enter-the-battlefield triggers, rummaging, and surveil that endlessly repeats across infinite combat phases.
