How it works

1. Cast Ghostly Flicker by paying its mana cost, blinking Abdel Adrian.
2. Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, returning Skullwinder and all other cards that were exiled with it to the battlefield.
3. Abdel Adrian and Skullwinder trigger.
4. Resolve the Skullwinder trigger, returning Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Holding priority, activate any number of nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least enough mana to cast Ghostly Flicker.
6. Resolve the Abdel Adrian trigger, exiling Skullwinder and the mana-producing permanents until Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, and creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token for each permanent exiled this way.
7. Repeat.

This elegant loop relies on Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward to continuously reset the battlefield, while Ghostly Flicker provides the repeatable spell fuel to keep the blink engine turning. Each time Abdel Adrian re-enters, he swallows up your other nonland permanents—including any mana sources and Skullwinder—which triggers Skullwinder to fish Ghostly Flicker right back out of your graveyard and into your hand. By tapping your mana-producing permanents for fuel before Abdel Adrian sweeps them away, you generate infinite mana alongside an endless army of Soldier tokens.
