How it works

1. Cast Justiciar's Portal by paying its mana cost, blinking Abdel Adrian.
2. Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, returning Skullwinder and all other cards that were exiled with it to the battlefield.
3. Abdel Adrian and Skullwinder trigger.
4. Resolve the Skullwinder trigger, returning Justiciar's Portal from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Holding priority, activate any number of nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least enough mana to cast Justiciar's Portal.
6. Resolve the Abdel Adrian trigger, exiling Skullwinder and the mana-producing permanents until Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, and creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token for each permanent exiled this way.
7. Repeat.

This loop transforms a simple blink effect into an engine that generates infinite resources by constantly resetting the battlefield. When Justiciar's Portal flickers Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward, it repeatedly triggers his ability to swallow up your other nonland permanents—including mana sources and Skullwinder. Every time Skullwinder re-enters the fray, its enter-the-battlefield ability reaches into your graveyard to pull Justiciar's Portal right back to your hand, ready to be cast again. The mana-producing permanents held captive by Abdel Adrian can even be tapped for mana before getting re-exiled, fueling the continuous casting of Justiciar's Portal to keep the cycle spinning endlessly.
