Slip On the Ring

How it works

1. Cast Slip On the Ring by paying its mana cost, blinking Abdel Adrian.
2. Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, returning Invasion of Arcavios and all other cards that were exiled with it to the battlefield.
3. Abdel Adrian and Invasion of Arcavios trigger.
4. Resolve the Invasion of Arcavios trigger, returning Slip On the Ring from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Holding priority, activate any number of nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least enough mana to cast Slip On the Ring.
6. Resolve the Abdel Adrian trigger, exiling Invasion of Arcavios and the mana-producing permanents until Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, and creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token for each permanent exiled this way.
7. Repeat.

This delightful loop relies on Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward cycling continuously in and out of exile to reset the battlefield on command. Each time Abdel Adrian is blinked by Slip On the Ring, his entry triggers allow you to swallow up your other permanents—including mana sources and Invasion of Arcavios—which conveniently returns Slip On the Ring from your graveyard to your hand thanks to the Siege's tutor ability. Once Invocation of the Founders is active on the backside, its ability to copy any instant or sorcery cast from your hand ensures you can double up on your spells while churning out infinite Soldier tokens and abusing enter-the-battlefield triggers.
