How it works

1. Cast Justiciar's Portal by paying its mana cost, blinking Abdel Adrian.
2. Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, returning Salvager of Secrets and all other cards that were exiled with it to the battlefield.
3. Abdel Adrian and Salvager of Secrets trigger.
4. Resolve the Salvager of Secrets trigger, returning Justiciar's Portal from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Holding priority, activate any number of nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least enough mana to cast Justiciar's Portal.
6. Resolve the Abdel Adrian trigger, exiling Salvager of Secrets and the mana-producing permanents until Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, and creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token for each permanent exiled this way.
7. Repeat.

This looping engine uses Justiciar's Portal to repeatedly blink Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward, which triggers his ability to consume your other nonland permanents and spawn an endless army of 1/1 Soldier tokens. Each time Abdel Adrian re-enters, he exiles Salvager of Secrets alongside your mana-producing permanents, and when Salvager of Secrets comes right back down, its enter-the-battlefield trigger conveniently fishes Justiciar's Portal back out of your graveyard to keep the chain going. Because Abdel Adrian's exile effect also resets your mana sources, you can tap them for resources mid-loop before swallowing them up again, easily fueling the next iteration of the spell.
