How it works

1. Cast Flicker of Fate by paying its mana cost, blinking Abdel Adrian.
2. Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, returning Salvager of Secrets and all other cards that were exiled with it to the battlefield.
3. Abdel Adrian and Salvager of Secrets trigger.
4. Resolve the Salvager of Secrets trigger, returning Flicker of Fate from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Holding priority, activate any number of nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least enough mana to cast Flicker of Fate.
6. Resolve the Abdel Adrian trigger, exiling Salvager of Secrets and the mana-producing permanents until Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, and creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token for each permanent exiled this way.
7. Repeat.

This clever loop uses Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward as a multi-purpose engine to endlessly recycle your board state. By initiating the sequence with Flicker of Fate, you repeatedly trigger Abdel Adrian's entrance ability to scoop up your other permanents—including Salvager of Secrets, which promptly plucks Flicker of Fate right back out of your graveyard and into your hand. Because Abdel Adrian's exile trigger can swallow up any number of additional nonland permanents, you can tap them for mana while holding priority to continually pay for Flicker of Fate's cost, churning out an endless army of Soldier tokens and triggering any number of enters-the-battlefield and leaves-the-battlefield effects along the way.
