How it works

1. Cast Cloudshift by paying its mana cost, blinking Abdel Adrian.
2. Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, returning Salvager of Secrets and all other cards that were exiled with it to the battlefield.
3. Abdel Adrian and Salvager of Secrets trigger.
4. Resolve the Salvager of Secrets trigger, returning Cloudshift from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Holding priority, activate any number of nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least enough mana to cast Cloudshift.
6. Resolve the Abdel Adrian trigger, exiling Salvager of Secrets and the mana-producing permanents until Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, and creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token for each permanent exiled this way.
7. Repeat.

This loop spins up into infinity by cleverly recycling Cloudshift to endlessly blink Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward, letting you churn out infinite Soldier tokens while sweeping your own mana-producing permanents in and out of exile. Every time Abdel Adrian returns, he brings Salvager of Secrets back along with your other assets, and Salvager of Secrets immediately repays the favor by fishing Cloudshift right back out of your graveyard to hand. Because Abdel Adrian's exile trigger sweeps up your mana sources alongside Salvager of Secrets, you can float all your necessary mana before tucking them away, ensuring you always have the juice to recast Cloudshift and keep the machinery turning.
