How it works

1. Cast Momentary Blink by paying its mana cost, blinking Abdel Adrian.
2. Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, returning Possessed Skaab and all other cards that were exiled with it to the battlefield.
3. Abdel Adrian and Possessed Skaab trigger.
4. Resolve the Possessed Skaab trigger, returning Momentary Blink from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Holding priority, activate any number of nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least enough mana to cast Momentary Blink.
6. Resolve the Abdel Adrian trigger, exiling Possessed Skaab and the mana-producing permanents until Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, and creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token for each permanent exiled this way.
7. Repeat.

This clever loop centers on Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward, whose entry trigger swallows your other permanents to flood the board with 1/1 Soldier tokens while setting up the cycle. By targeting Abdel Adrian with Momentary Blink, you force him to leave and immediately return the permanents he exiled—including Possessed Skaab. When Possessed Skaab enters the battlefield, its trigger retrieves the very same Momentary Blink from your graveyard right back to your hand, ready to be cast again. Thanks to Possessed Skaab's replacement effect ensuring it gets exiled instead of dying, and Abdel Adrian's ability to safely pack away your mana sources in the meantime, you can easily tap those permanents for mana between iterations to sustain the loop indefinitely.
