Cast Justiciar's Portal by paying its mana cost, blinking Abdel Adrian.
Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, returning Returned Pastcaller and all other cards that were exiled with it to the battlefield.
Abdel Adrian and Returned Pastcaller trigger.
Resolve the Returned Pastcaller trigger, returning Justiciar's Portal from your graveyard to your hand.
Holding priority, activate any number of nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least enough mana to cast Justiciar's Portal.
Resolve the Abdel Adrian trigger, exiling Returned Pastcaller and the mana-producing permanents until Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, and creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token for each permanent exiled this way.
Repeat.
This brilliant loop turns a simple blink spell into a self-sustaining engine by repeatedly recycling your key permanents. When you cast Justiciar's Portal to exile and return Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward, you trigger both his mass-exile ability and Returned Pastcaller's grave-retrieval ability. Returned Pastcaller immediately puts Justiciar's Portal right back into your hand, while Abdel Adrian's entry allows you to temporarily stash Returned Pastcaller alongside any mana-producing permanents you need to pay for the spell again. By tapping those mana sources in response, you generate an infinite cascade of enter-the-battlefield and leave-the-battlefield triggers, an ever-growing army of Soldier tokens, and an arbitrarily large storm count.
