How it works
Cast Blur by paying its mana cost, blinking Abdel Adrian.
Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, returning Shipwreck Dowser and all other cards that were exiled with it to the battlefield.
Abdel Adrian and Shipwreck Dowser trigger.
Resolve the Shipwreck Dowser trigger, returning Blur from your graveyard to your hand.
Holding priority, activate any number of nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least enough mana to cast Blur.
Resolve the Abdel Adrian trigger, exiling Shipwreck Dowser and the mana-producing permanents until Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, and creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token for each permanent exiled this way.
Repeat.
This clever loop turns Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward into an engine that constantly vanishes and resets your board, fueled by the mana-producing permanents he sweeps up along the way. Every iteration keeps the cycle turning because Shipwreck Dowser reliably fishes Blur back out of your graveyard the moment it re-enters the battlefield. As Blur blinks Abdel Adrian over and over, you not only generate an army of Soldier tokens and continuous card draw, but you also continuously untap and reuse your mana sources to pay for the spell again.
