How it works

1. Cast Blur by paying its mana cost, blinking Abdel Adrian.
2. Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, returning Timeless Witness and all other cards that were exiled with it to the battlefield.
3. Abdel Adrian and Timeless Witness trigger.
4. Resolve the Timeless Witness trigger, returning Blur from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Holding priority, activate any number of nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least enough mana to cast Blur.
6. Resolve the Abdel Adrian trigger, exiling Timeless Witness and the mana-producing permanents until Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, and creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token for each permanent exiled this way.
7. Repeat.

This delightful loop relies on Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward cycling in and out of exile to continuously swallow and regurgitate your board. Whenever Abdel Adrian re-enters the battlefield, his triggered ability scoops up your other nonland permanents—including mana producers and Timeless Witness—generating a growing army of 1/1 Soldier tokens in the process. Each time Timeless Witness tags along for this blink-and-return ride, its own entry trigger plucks Blur right back out of your graveyard to hand. Cast Blur again to restart the whole sequence, drawing cards and netting a massive surplus of mana and tokens as the loop spins infinitely!
