How it works

1. Cast Ghostly Flicker by paying its mana cost, blinking Abdel Adrian.
2. Abdel Adrian leaves and re-enters the battlefield, causing all cards exiled with it to be returned to the battlefield. Abdel Adrian and Repository Skaab's exploit ability trigger.
3. Resolve the Repository Skaab trigger, exploiting another creature and triggering its second ability.
4. Holding priority, activate any number of permanents by tapping them, adding at least the cost of Ghostly Flicker.
5. Resolve the Repository Skaab trigger, returning Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard to your hand.
6. Resolve the Abdel Adrian trigger, exiling the mana producing permanent(s) and Repository Skaab and creating that many 1/1 Soldier creature tokens.
7. Repeat.

This elegant loop relies on Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward to continuously reset your board by exiling and returning your other permanents whenever it enters or leaves the battlefield. By targeting both Abdel Adrian and Repository Skaab with Ghostly Flicker, you trigger a chain reaction where Repository Skaab exploits a freshly minted Soldier token to continually buy back the flicker spell from your graveyard. As long as you have mana-producing permanents swept up in Abdel Adrian's exile ability alongside the Skaab, you will generate infinite mana, a ceaseless swarm of Soldier tokens, and endless triggers to overwhelm your opponents.
